Heart-Centered Healing Techniques

In this workshop, you will learn a set of Heart-Centered Breathing Techniques that are much more powerful and effective than any we've taught in the past. These techniques will enable you to heal deeply repressed symptoms of pain, fear and illness that have been trapped in your mind and body since early childhood. They will also bring you into the subtler dimensions of consciousness in which you can heal your injured spirit.

During the course of this workshop you'll learn to access "The Heartbeat of God" — the Primordial Source (or Vibration) from which the spiritual life-force derives its powers. "Breathing with God's Heartbeat" is not a skill that can be learned in the form of intellectual knowledge. It can only be experienced by being in the presence of an accomplished teacher.

Andy Caponigro, internationally known as a "master of breath," is a rare teacher who shares the depth and power of his meditative state by guiding each student past their breathing blocks and personal "blind spots" into subtle dimensions of consciousness that would be almost impossible to enter by themselves.

Pre-requisites

If you've attended one or more of our earlier workshops, you'll be well prepared to learn the heart-centered breathing techniques that are taught in this workshop. These techniques will add new dimensions of power, depth and freshness to your regular breathwork practices.

If you've never been to one of our workshops, you can gain enough practical experience and background knowledge by working with The Guided Meditation CD for Learning the Basic Techniques, and by reading through the teaching materials contained in the first half of The Miracle of the Breath.

These workshops are limited to 12 people to ensure that each person receives plenty of 1-on-1 attention and guidance from Andy.
